In fact, the Mi A2 pre-orders have already begun and Amazon and Mi.com will be hosting the first sale on August 16.

On paper, the Mi A1 successor appears to be a stellar device with the right combination and hardware. However, the phone lacks some basic essentials like a 3.5mm audio jack and microSD card slot, and also has a mediocre battery.
