Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (review) is among one of the better camera phones which is available today in this budget. The hardware is almost identical to any other budget smartphone under Rs. 15,000 but it is the performance which matter where it certainly shines at least it did in our camera review.
Outdoor performance was good in daylight while low light performance matches the competition. Dynamic range, color accuracy, and details, all were good enough for it to reserve a spot in this list.

The Moto G4 Plus (FAQ) comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection AF, laser autofocus, and dual-LED (dual tone) flash. On the front, it bears a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Motorola takes great pride in the DXO mark test rating which rates it about the same as Apple’s iPhone 6 which despite being a 2-year old phone is retailing at much higher price. The camera manages to focus on objects in a jiffy. The image indoors without any artificial light turned out well. Selfies were decent and beautification mode too worked very well.

Lenovo Zuk Z1’s 13-megapixel primary camera feature a Sony’s IMX 214 sensor with 5P lens and LED flash. It is perhaps the only phone in this price range which features optical image stabilization. The Lenovo Zuk Z1 manages to capture decent clicks good enough for all general purpose usage and social media.
Images show accurate color balance and good dynamic range. Lenovo Zuk Z1 camera software ensures that it does not go overboard to compensate shadows which is the case with various other smartphone cameras in this budget. The HDR mode works well too.
On the down side, the noise reduction matrix in Zuk Z1 is buggy and color tones are a tad colder. The 8-megapixel selfie shooter captures a good amount of details in selfies.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 sports 13-megapxel and 5-megapixel rear and front cameras, respectively. Like its previous generation, it too gets dedicated flash for both rear and front cameras.
The J7 2016 rear camera takes good pictures in dependable lighting conditions. It focuses quickly, shots are rich in details and colors are vibrant. The HDR performance of the phone is how it should be ideally. Front camera of the new J-series phone takes good selfies and also has a gimmicky front flash.
