Asus Zenfone 6 Leaked Video Shows Its Peculiar Notch

Asus is currently developing its next flagship device for 2019 which will be the successor to Zenfone 5Z released earlier this year. Earlier last week there were a few leaks showing a dummy model of the phone and now a new video surfaced on the internet showing the working model of the phone.

This new prototype of the Zenfone 6 has a peculiar notch. The front camera on the device is placed close to the right corner of the screen, housed in a tiny cut-out. The bezels are slim on the top and on the sides but the chin is significant. The earpiece is fitted in the middle of the small bezel on the top. The phone has a curved design and looks sleek. It does retain the 3.5 mm audio jack and employs a USB type-C port. The speakers are bottom mounted with dual grille structure.

On the back, the phone appears to sport a dual camera setup with the fingerprint sensor placed right below the camera module and seems to be integrated with the design of the camera. We need to wait and see if Asus is actually going to implement this prototype design and if it will, how the users are going to embrace this new strange design.

This phone is slated to release at the upcoming MWC 2019 which is going to be held in Barcelona from February 25, 2019.
