Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate will go on sale in India starting December 26

Asus is finally unleashing the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate edition in India on December 26. Yes, the ultra-specced gaming phone will be on sale from the aforementioned date. And the gamers amongst you can snag one then. Now for the unversed, this handset brings a monochrome ROG Vision display at the back, an FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED screen on the front, 18GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 888 5G processor, 512GB of storage, 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support, among several other things.

Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate Specs

The ROG Phone 5 Ultimate rocks a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with 10-bit colors, 1200 nits of peak brightness, 144Hz refresh rate, and 300Hz touch sampling rate. There is Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top. The fingerprint reader is embedded within the screen. There are front-firing stereo speakers backed by dedicated amps. There is a 24MP selfie snapper too on the front.

Flip it and on the other side, there are angular lines, a camera island, ROG logo, and a ROG Vision monochrome PMOLED display. As for those cameras, the leader is a 64MP sensor, accompanied by a 13MP ultrawide shooter and a 5MP macro module. The videography can be done up to 8K@30fps.

At the heart of things, there is a Snapdragon 888 5G chip, a whopping 18GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 6000mAh battery. You can charge the device using the bundled 30W charger although it supports up to 65W charging speeds.

The rest of the repertoire consists of WiFi 6e, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, USB Type-C 3.1 (side), USB Type-C 2.0 (bottom), and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
