Asus ROG Phone 3 renders and expected specs

For one, it looks a lot like the ROG Phone 2 (review), which is not a bad thing. It will be a sturdy rectangle slab with a full forehead and distinct bearing. By the back, you’ll see a new camera, probably a telephoto lens. Meanwhile, the main camera is said to be a 64MP sensor.

Rest, it inherits the dual front-firing speakers and RGB-lit ROG logo. The one thing that’s missing, at least as per the TENAA listing is — a headphone hole. Instead, what you get is a USB Type-C port that doubles as a jack and charging socket.

Moving on to the specs, ROG Phone 3 is expected to sport a 6.59-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. There’ll be a fingerprint reader underneath. A higher refresh rate up to 120Hz or even more is likely.

Inside, the phone’s going to house Snapdragon 865 SoC, something which we already know. The gaming mode called X-mode would also make the cut, which enables the user to overclock hardware efficiency. This along with the listed 16gigs of RAM (max) should warrantee top-of-the-line performance.

The ROG Phone 3 is expected to be out in 128, 256, or 512GB SKUs and 6000mAh battery, that’ll be powered by a 30W wired fast charger. TENAA also suggests Sub-6GHz 5G support.
