Asus ROG Phone 6D series renders show similar design as of ROG Phone 6 series

We got to see the Asus ROG phone 6 series recently in the global and Indian markets. Now, two other phones from the series, Asus ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate, are all set to make their global debut on September 19. Just ahead of the launch, the renders of the smartphone have surfaced online.

According to the renders, the device is going to carry a similar design as the Asus ROG Phone 6. On the other hand, the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate’s render revealed a design similar to that of the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro. If the renders are based on the real design then we are not going to see a lot of changes in terms of design in the whole ROG 6 series.

first things first, it is in the air that the ROG 6D series will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor. This clearly stated that the smartphones will not be as powerful as the ROG 6 series. Considering the scenario, we can also expect that the smartphones will be available at a lesser price point as compared to the ROG 6 series.

The processor of Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate will have an ARM Cortex-X2 core with a clock speed of 3.2GHz. The smartphone will also have support for LPDDR5X RAM. Other specifications of both the upcoming smartphones are said to be similar to that of the Asus ROG series. The Asus ROG 6D series also has a dedicated landing page on the official website of Asus.

Previous reports also suggested that the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate will get a triple rear camera system including a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary shooter. The smartphone could ship with a 6000mAh battery along with 65W super fast charging. Until now, only a limited amount of information regarding the devices is available, We are expecting more details as soon as the launch approaches.
