Asus ROG Phone 3 Gaming Phone To Launch on July 22

Asus ROG Phone 3 has been one of the most awaited smartphones from the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer. Asus has now revealed the official launch date of its third ROG gaming phone. The reports emerging from China suggest that the company is all set to launch the ROG Phone 3 on July 22 in an online launch event.

Asus has rolled out ROG Phone 2020 Game Changer online event invites scheduled for July 22, claims Mashdigi. As per the publication, the ROG Phone 3 online launch will start at 8:30 pm as per Indian standard time. It is worth pointing out, like ROG Phone 2, Asus has once again partnered with Tencent to release ROG Phone 3 in China.

Asus ROG Phone 3: What to expect?

The Asus ROG Phone 3 leaks and rumours have given us some idea on what to expect from the upcoming gaming phone. Leaked live images suggest that the ROG Phone 3 will flaunt a design in line with its predecessor. It will include RGB logo and curved edges at the back. The third-generation gaming phone from Asus is like to include a triple rear camera setup at the back.

The Asus ROG Phone 3 is expected to be the first phone to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC. Recently, it was spotted on TENNA certification site which suggests a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is likely to come in three variants: 8GB RAM+128GB ROM, 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM and 16GB RAM + 512GB ROM options. The Asus ROG Phone 3 is suggested to include 6,000mAh battery and run on Android 10 with ROG UI on top.
