Apple Watch 3 Series with LTE and Heart Rate Monitor Launched

Apart from new iPhones Apple also introduced a new Apple Watch Series 3 today. The Watch comes in two versions: the Cellular and No Cellular version. For a change, the new Apple watch is LTE compatible and comes with a built in electronic SIM card. The Apple Watch 3 will let you stream music as well as make phone calls even when you are away from your phone.

The Watch 3 series comes with heart rate sensor, barometric altimeter, and GPS. The new watches are powered by a dual core chipset and have the same size as its predecessor. That’s not all, both variants of the Apple watches are swim-proof.

The watch comes with 8GB of internal storage out of which 2GB is limited to store your music.

During the Apple Watch 3 Series launch presentation, Apple CEO Tim Cook also revealed that that the Apple Watch has become the number one watch in the world however he refrained from mentioning parameter. As per Apple’s claims, it leads popular watch brands Rolex, Fossil, and Omega, in smartwatch business.

Apple Watch 3 Price and Availability

Apple Series 3 starts from $329 for non-cellular version and $399 with cellular version. The Apple Watch 3 will be available in the US from September 22 onwards.
