Leaked images and reports about the second phone from HMD Global, the Nokia E1, have set the rumor mills abuzz. By the looks of it, Nokia is gearing up for a grand comeback in 2017, having already released the Nokia 6 into the Chinese market.

According to the leaks, the Nokia E1 is expected to be an entry-level smartphone running on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and will boot the same out-of-the-box.

The E1 will reportedly feature a screen size of about 5.2/5.3-inch and a screen resolution of 720×1080 pixels, if a report by an anonymous NokiaPowerUser is anything to go by.

Coming to the optics, leaked reports suggest that the Nokia E1 will have a 13MP primary camera along with an 5MP front camera. It is also expected to have an internal storage capacity of 16GB.
