Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 series could add a new member to its family. Well, the internet is certainly buzzing with alleged Redmi Note 8T that Xiaomi is working on. Some alleged Note 8T renders haves also leaked online.

Same as the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro?

According to the popular leak handle @Sudhanshu1414, the alleged renders have a lot in common with the recently launched Redmi Note 8 Pro. Both phones feature the same aura design language, rear-mounted capacitive fingerprint reader,  and a vertically-aligned quad-camera setup positioned at the top left corner.

There are contradicting reports regarding what Xiaomi is using on the inside of the Redmi Note 8T. We are hearing everything from SD 665 to SD 730G, but we are guessing the ‘T’ moniker should most probably be positioned above the ‘Pro’. Rumors also claim that the Note 8T will be the first Redmi Note series phone to come with NFC support.

Redmi Note 8T India Availability

Currently, there is no way to authenticate the aforementioned information. Having said that, if you go by the existing market dynamics, there is a good possibility that Redmi Note 8T with Snapdragon 730G will show-up in India before the end of this year – right in time to compete with the Realme XT 730G.

The tension between rival brands Xiaomi and Realme is at its peak. We are expecting more details regarding Redmi Note 8T India availability to be revealed on November 20 – the day that Realme has already blocked for Snapdragon 855+ powered Realme X2 Pro’s India debut!
