I will just give 1star because the machine delivered on time. Except that i don't have anything positive. 1. The guys came for installation and demo were confused about the product. They don't know weather the detergent box available inside the machine or not. 2. If not then how to put detergent. Is it after filling water or after putting the dry clothes put on them?? Lots of confusion. Even this thing is not mentioned in the manual book. 3. There r 8 program but only 4LEDs. Then how do we know which program is being selected. When the guys r confused, how they can explain?? This thing is also not mentioned in the manual book. 4. I told them for a longer water inlet hoss pipe because the water tap is in little bit distant.. But they demanded money for that. I thought, what can they do, when the company is so poor, which can not provide a bit longer pipe, what can this innocent immature guys will do. 😢 5. And i didn't understand one thing, previous day msg came that installation will done today around 11am. But i received a call at 8pm on the same day saying that sir, if u say now we will come for demo. Don't this guys have commonsence, Is it a time to come?? It's shows the poor training system of panasonic. I am so sorry for u. 6. They came on next day for installation and seem that they r in hurry that they might have workload. Looks like Don't have any interest to spare 2min more. 7. Repeatedly they r saying, link will came. sir plz give feed back. Don't have focus on proper installation and demonstration, only focus is on feedback. 8. I don't have any comment on washing machine as i have just used once. Didn't able to operate it properly. That's why i switch it off. My friend came next day and he teach me what to do. He also has the 6.5 kg panasonic. His first statement was u choose the wrong brand.. 😅😅😅. Now u tell me. How can i recommend Panasonic products to others... NEVER. i am expecting an improved service from your side... In this category There r big bulls in the market, to compete with them u have to improve your self guys. Moral- i might bear all negetives if i got a longer pipe in exchange. It's just a matter of 50-100rs. But just to earn that 100rs u guys ruin the reputation of the company and more importantly make the entire customer experience negetive. 😂😂😂 As i can buy 12-15k machine, can't i purchase a pipe paying extra. But people should know the intension and position of the company before making a 10yrs relationship with a company. Thats important. Hope u guys don't like me today😂😂 but i believe u understand some thing from this long boring feedback. " Improve the customer experience." There is a proverb- "a satisfied customer spread fragrance". I think panasonic should make this line as jeevan mantra. To be very honest, till the time i am not satisfied i will not recommend anyone to go for panasonic. Sorry for that. Good Luck team panasonic..
