Don't waste your money
I have purchased this washing machine but it's a waste product Flipkart has delivered a used n defective item n now they r not ready to return it or replace it. Don't ever buy Marq product by Flipkart .worst product ,worst Flipkart service n worst Flipkart return policy. product is utter waste. Think thousand times before buying this product. At first glance itself u will request for return . All the positive reviews has done by Flipkart members only.

Product is above average, decent washing results, not so confusing user interface. The problem starts if you have to replace the product due to a manufacturing defect. My washing machine got delivered in the first week of November. Within a month it started showing water leakage from the inside and also the circuit breakers started tripping when we switch on the machine. During the technician visit, he confirmed that there is crack in the inside chamber and it is a manufacturing defect. He only shared the details with flipkart and arranged a replacement. Everything till this point was OK and we were happy the way they followed up. By the time the replacement was approved it was more than two months and we were not having the original carton in which the washing machine came. Also as per the guidelines in the website also we have to retain the original packaging to replace the product during the initial 10 day replacement period only. But flipkart insisted that they can't replace the product until it is provided in the original box. Then I got approval to arrange another carton even though it was not my responsibility to arrange one. Then during the pickup the logistics team denied to take the product mentioning it is not in the original carton. After lot of arguments finally they took the old machine in the carton of the new machine in which they brought as replacement. One thing I don't understand was after the initial replacement period who is going to keep the original packaging for all the time. The replacement was initiated by the manufacturer because they could not repair it. It was not my responsibility to arrange a carton for the same. And the way customer service and their supervisor handled the case was very pathetic. They are useful only for the very basic queries. The other main challenge is that even though MarQ is from flipkart, they treat it as a different company and there are two different customer Care support which don't have any sync between their team. So overall it was very difficult to coordinate with these teams as they will ask you to contact the other team for many questions.

this is an USELESS machine. one the first day, water starts leaking and there's a pool of water under the machine. the Jeeves guys are even better, they send an arrogant guy who yells and stares back when I ask him what's the issue. he took the brand new machine apart, literally and later proclaimed the issue's been resolved and the customer's (me) happy. I start the machine back and it's the same thing. so basically i am breaking my head on this for the past 2 weeks and i didn't even realise i was being fooled. there were doing timepass just till the return window expires and now that it did, I am stuck with a useless box of metal, only worthy of being a garbage bin. Thanks flipkart for the wonderful experience. Really kudos.
