EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE ! GO FOR IT
I am using this machine last two months, excellent performance, superb cleaning and no noise at all even at fullest rpm of 1200. There are so many models in market of different brands, I found it best and experience is also very good at this price range, till now there is no problem. Once upon a time BPL was most trusted brand, and again its back with quality product!!

First of all I would feel pity for all the negative ratings this product has received due to negligence cause by installation guys. Most of the negative reviews were because of improper installation. Front load washing machines needs to be securely installed in the ground with correct leveling or else it will make noise, even if it is a BOSCH. Also the 4 transportation nuts at the backside needs to be removed before using the product. The installation guys do not have much knowledge so its a miss on part of Flipkart and Jeeves which is not providing a good service when it comes to installation. Ordered the product on 24th and received on 25th and installation done on 26th even though it was National Holiday. I must start by saying that it is one of the best front load washing machines available in the market for such a low price. Other manufacturers are PRIMARILY offering the same basic features along with some fancy technologies which I cannot vouch for. A best Front load washer basically need a tumble wash, water heating capability, drum cleaning feature and high speed RPM (1200 is the best which this machine has) Some additional features which this machine has are Time Delay option which you would get only in some select high end models. This machine also has a big display which is basic and does the job. This machine also has a Pre-Wash option. The detergent draw has place for detergent, pre-wash and Fabric Softner(3 compartments). It has a memory function and it starts the cycle from the same time after a power cut. Pros - Time Delay Pre-wash option Memory Function High Speed RPM Cons - No option to add laundry once wash cycle has started(This one feature is missing but keeping in mind the price tag it is negligible) I got it for a price of 13,000 after exchange and other discounts and I was amazed to see and use this product. I would request everyone to think once before spending 30k for a washing machine and instead try this one. It has all the basic feature required for a front load machine, don't get fooled by unknown geeky features and technology which you may never need in the first place.

Amazing product for the price
I am coming from a bosch front load washing machine which costed me almost thrice 9 years ago. This month it took its last breath and so, I never through of repairing as it ws costing somewhere around 8K. I though of buying a new bosch one but came across this perticualar model which is costing almost half of what Bosch is asking, I though of give my luck a try, and Oh Boy!! what a try it was. It may have some less programs but it'll never bother you. It has all the goodies that bosch has to offer, Like heating, 1200 rpm spin, Wait-sensing water input.. just name it and you have it. the only Con that I've seen so far is that it does'nt has any soak feature in any of the modes, I think they should have added that considering they have added all the high end goodies. I would suggest to go for this product as most of the electronics are mostly use-and throw sort of stuffs.
