Worst Installation. Don't go for it
I have bought mi led tv 4A pro from mi. com. I got the tv before the expected date. But the worst thing is it's installation. I have booked a slot for the mi's technician. No one arrived in the slot. I have called the technician a 100 times. But he is not picking up. I called the customer care and they are also helpless. TV is still waiting in the hall like a showpiece. If the installation process is like this how will be a complaint servicing? I saw a couple of similar issues with many mi users. It's the last time. I will never ever go for Mi.

Unsatisfactory Experience
I had purchased MI LED TV 4A PRO. During installation the remote was not getting paired with the TV. Customer Care is also not able to provide any satisfactory revert for the delay. Infact I called Customer care many times, but they do not keep record of the calls and I had to update the detail everytime. MI does revert properly to customer's mail. Really depressed with the woeful response, it took 40 days to resolve the issue.
