Worst Product and Customer Service Experience Ever!
Worst Product and Customer Service Experience Ever! I am absolutely appalled by the quality of the TV I purchased and the utterly disgraceful service I've received from the company. I bought the VW 140 CM 55-inch Pro Series 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED Google TV (Model: VW55GQ1) in July 2025, and from the very moment of installation, the screen was defective—line marks all over the display. I immediately raised a complaint, and after multiple rounds of back-and-forth with the company, I was informed that the panel was defective and needed to be replaced. Fine—mistakes happen, right? But the real nightmare began here. It’s been over two months since that first complaint, and the issue is still not resolved. The replacement unit they sent me in October was just as defective as the original! No display at all. This is the second replacement, and yet here I am, still without a working TV. What’s more shocking is the total lack of accountability and the completely ineffective communication from their customer service team. I’ve had to escalate this multiple times, only to be met with more delays, unfulfilled promises, and an utter disregard for my time and frustration. After-sales service? Nonexistent. They don’t care about fixing the issue—they just keep passing the buck and offering empty apologies. I’ve requested a full replacement, not once, but several times, but nothing happens. They send more defective units and expect me to just accept it. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, only to be ignored, given false assurances, and treated like I’m invisible. Their quality control and customer service are a joke, and I would never recommend anyone to buy from this brand. At this point, I am completely done with this company. The mental stress, the inconvenience, and the sheer lack of professionalism have been unbearable. Do yourself a favor—avoid this product and any dealings with this company at all costs.
