Worst experience ever!
One of my worst experience with Jeeves. VU must consider to change the service vendor for installation. The guy who came did not knew any thing about installation. Spent 8 hours from 10 am to 6 am and could not install the TV. Also broke the new HDMI cord that I bought for the new tv. When asked why is he unable to install and how did he break the cord, he started crying. I tried to console him alot but she still kept crying. I too got worried as how to handle this situation hence called his supervisors who came after an hour and this guy kept weeping even in front of his supervisor. The supervisor finally installed the TV on wall but could not play the channels as the cord was broken. The supervisor apologised and said the guy is new and does not know work. And he will replace the cord tommorow. Which I have never received till date. I had to buy a new HDMI and complete the installation my self. The cord is still hanging from outside as I could not remove the TV from wall to put the wire through concele pipe. TV is ok for what u pay. Delivery was standard. Worst installation support.

I bought 55 inch VU non-smart HD tv for 39k Rs. 1) As a first impression I am happy with the product... Need to wait for few more months for any defects... 2) I had Sony before and I don't really see any particular difference in HD quality... 3) Audio is not bad at all as I read in some of the other reviews.. good noise reduction tech 4) It's a TV worth buying if you have a tight budget. At par with top brands... 5) Build quality can improve... Looks nice but the plastic look can make it look ordinary when the tv is off 6) PS2 games work well 7) You will have tough time in hiding all the cables if the plug point was not planned in particular location to suit this TV dimension. This tv has a small projection on the back side in the middle which cannot come on top of your plug point... 8) I am little surprised by the timely service by Flipkart because I have had few bitter experiences before... I think they are improving... Jeeves engineer was also professional... Flipkart customer care was showing some attitude - room for improvement...

WRONG AND MISLEADING REPRESENATION OF VU TV
When you look at dimension etc, u easily assume this a SMART TV, which is not the realty. i purchased and contacted FC, they have very limited reason to choose from the list, which only favour sellers and Merchants. and at the end , you are threatened like a Investigations etc etc, which is not friendly enviorment to shop from. I would prefer not to come again of FC and they have a mixed nature of approach for the clients, they adopt the concept of developed countries and than mixed it up with typical Indian Banis style to not entertain the customer once he had loosen his wallet
