Not good
within 2 months of usage the picutes have started to distort (getting a reddish tinge). Have raised it with VU support. Despite multiple followup no service engineer has turned up to check the issue. Pathetic customer service..... updating this review after 15 days of the reported problem, no engineer visit so far. I have been told I would get a replacement however no action yet.

As usual, flip kart delivery was on time. About the tv, I he used it for over 10 days and would say that I have not made any mistake in buying this tv. Elegant look and picture and sound quality is also good. For extra sound would advice you to connect any home theatre system. Installation was done on the same day but the worst part was that the installation guy from Jeevas had no clue about the product feature and how to connect the sound cable and wifi. Very poor. Suggest Flipkart to hire installation people who have at least any basic knowledge about the product.

Not recommended at all
I am not sure whether Flipkart will display this review on the page but I will share my experience with you all. Ordered the product on sale and there was delay in delivery. When escalated I was promised to get the product delivered on the same day and to my surprise it was delivered that day. But I was shocked to see that my 49inch tv was placed upside down(Fragile item even then they were careless) and also I noticed that the product seal was open. I denied to take delivery as the product seal was open then the delivery wish master told that even if it was intact they would have opened it to check the product and I was not ready to accept it when asked angrily what was the reason for breaking the seal, their answer left me with no words. My product was wrongly delivered to another customer and after me escalating the delay in delivery they identified that my product was missing and went to that customer to take back the product and from there it was brought to my place. Flipkart do u think customer products are your toys to play as per your wish? What action was taken on the delivery master who wrongly delivered my product.. My product is not available with seller and u provide me a refund after me spending time and effort during sale? Pathetic service and worst experience.. uninstalling the app and will never use Flipkart again. Also will make sure any of my relatives friends or family doesn't use this Website from now. Kudos to ur service and responsibilityd
