Even though Lenovo Phab is still missing on the Chinese manufacturer’s Indian site, the phablet is now on sale on Amazon India for Rs. 18,490. The 6.8-inch smartphone was first showcased by Lenovo at IFA Berlin in August this year, and is already available in China and Malaysia. Her’s our first impression of Lenovo Phab Plus specifications and features:
As expected from any phablet, Lenovo Phab Plus comes with a fairly big screen which offers tablet-like experience. The 6.8-inch 1080P IPS display panel packs 324 pixels per inch. Being a large device the question of single hand operations doesn’t arise. It is also impossible to use this phablet with one hand unless you have extra-large hands.
Lenovo Phab Plus draws raw power from its octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset ticking at 1.5GHz. To handle graphic load Adreno 405 GPU is packed in along with 2GB of RAM. The phone comes with 32GB of onboard storage which can be expanded up to 64GB with a microSD card.
Talking of camera hardware, the Phab Plus packs a 13MP primary shooter with f/2.2 aperture alongside an LED flash. For selfie buffs, the plus size phone features a 5-megapixel snapper on the front. Music lovers can also rejoice thanks to Dolby Atmos sound technology. Overall considering its price and specification, Lenovo Phab Plus could be a worthy contender.
