Huami Amazfit released GTS 2 Mini smartwatch under an affordable price tag. As the name suggests, Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is the lighter version of the previously released Amazfit GTS 2. The watch has silicon straps with a 5ATM water resistance rating. Display and Design

GTS 2 Mini smartwatch comes with a 1.5-inch touch screen dial. The AMOLED display on the watch has a resolution of 354x306px with a pixel density of 301ppi. Besides, the watch also has AOD (Always-On Display) feature with more than 50+ watch faces. Decent brightness and sharp visuals are expected from the watch.

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini smart wearable sports a rectangular watch dial with removable silicon straps. The body of the product is made of aluminum alloy whereas the back has a polycarbonate finish. Further, the watch is available in three different colors Pink, Black, and Green. The watch tips the bar at 19.5-grams and measures 40.5 x 35.8 x 8.95mm in dimensions.

Performance and Inbuilt modes

Like the other Amazfit watches, GTS 2 Mini has Huami BioTracker 2 PPG Biological Optical Sensor (heart-rate sensor, SpO2 sensor), the heart-rate sensor tracks heartbeat thoroughly and the SpO2 sensor tracks blood oxygen level. Other sensors included are accelerometer, gyro sensor, compass, ambient light sensor, etc.

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini smartwatch is reliable and is water-resistant up to 50-meters. Talking about the features, the watch supports 70+ sports modes, it has a sleep monitor that tracks sleep thoroughly menstrual cycle monitoring, automatic exercise detection, and PAI score, a science-backed health score feature. Other common features included on the watch are weather, clock, alarm, camera shutter, and Xiaomi Xiao AI voice assistant.

Battery and Connectivity

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini smartwatch is backed by a 220mAh battery. Huami claims, the watch gives 14-days of battery life on normal usage, 7-day of battery backup on heavy usage, and massive 21-days of power backup on basic watch-mode. The watch charges via magnetic charging base and takes around 2-hours to full charge.

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini smart wearable connectivity options include Bluetooth 5. The watch connects with smartphones via Bluetooth 5.0 BLE through the Zepp app. For contact-less payment, it has NFC. Besides this, the watch has in-built GNSS(GPS, GLONASS) for online navigation.
