Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the Vivo Y11 5G battery last and does it support fast charging?
You get a 6500 mAh battery that easily lasts up to two full days on a single charge with regular use. However, it only supports 15W charging, which means filling up this battery from empty takes well over two hours. It also supports reverse wired charging to help power up your other accessories.
Is the camera quality on the Vivo Y11 5G good for photos?
The camera setup is quite basic, featuring a 13 MP main sensor on the back and a 5 MP selfie shooter. It does a decent job for casual daytime snaps, but don't expect sharp low-light performance or highly detailed portrait shots. If photography is your primary focus, you might want to look at alternative mid-rangers.
Can I play heavy games like BGMI on the Vivo Y11 5G?
Equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, the phone handles casual everyday gaming and everyday tasks quite smoothly. However, since it only has 4GB RAM, heavy titles like BGMI will run best on low-to-medium graphics settings. You will notice occasional frame drops if you try to push the visual settings too high.
Does the Vivo Y11 5G come with a charger in the box?
Yes, Vivo includes a standard 15W charging adapter right inside the box. You also get a compatible USB Type-C cable, a clear protective case, a SIM ejector tool, and a pre-applied protective film.
Does the Vivo Y11 5G support Jio and Airtel 5G networks?
Yes, the phone fully supports dual 5G standby and works smoothly with both Jio and Airtel True 5G networks across India. You will get fast download speeds without any issues as long as you are in a 5G coverage zone.
How is the display quality on the Vivo Y11 5G?
The phone features a large 6.74-inch screen with a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate that makes scrolling through social feeds feel fluid. The main downside is that it is an LCD panel with an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, so text and videos will not look as crisp as they do on a Full HD display.
Is the Vivo Y11 5G waterproof or water-resistant?
It comes with an IP65 rating, which means it has solid dust protection and can withstand accidental spills or a light rain drizzle. Just keep in mind that it is not completely waterproof, so it should not be submerged in water or taken into the shower.
Can I expand the storage on the Vivo Y11 5G with a memory card?
Yes, you can easily expand the storage using a microSD card if you run out of space for your files. The phone uses a hybrid SIM slot configuration, meaning you will have to choose between running two nano-SIM cards or one SIM with a memory card.
Does the Vivo Y11 5G have any lagging or performance issues?
The touch screen can sometimes feel a bit sluggish with a tiny bit of input latency during rapid typing. Because the device runs on 4GB RAM, you might also notice some slowdown if you keep too many heavy applications open in the background.
