Continuing with its launch spree, Lenovo India toady presented another mid-range Moto branded handset, the Moto M, in India. The new Moto looks stunning, thanks to its slim and svelte metal chassis and has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
Talking of Moto M specifications, there is a 5.5-inch full HD display fueled by 2.2GHz Helio P15 true octa-core chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. A 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant is also available for 17,999 INR. The chipset used is based on 28nm process and is 10 percent more power efficient than the Helio P10. This is a true octa core processor and has all 8 cores ticking at same frequency, which could be harsh on battery under heavy usage.
For photography, the handset includes a 16MP rear camera with PDAF and dual LED flash, alongside an 8MP selfie shooter with a wide angle lens. Some other notable additions include NFC, USB OTG, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, Dolby Atmos support, USB Type C, splash resistant dual nano coating, and 3050mAh battery.
