Lenovo Legion Duel 2

Lenovo Legion Duel 2 is a gaming phone with 2 built-in cooling fans, an RGB light panel on the back along 6 dedicated gaming triggers. Besides, the phone brings a 6.9-inch HDR10+ display, a Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor with 12GB of RAM, and built-in UFS 3.1 storage. On the optics side, it has a side-mounted 44-MP pop-up camera and a 64MP dual-rear camera setup.

Display and Camera

Lenovo Legion Duel 2 comes with a long 6.9-inch AMOLED  Full-HD+ (1,080x2,460 pixels) display with a refresh rate of144Hz. It comes in an aspect ratio of 20:9 with a pixel density of 388PPI. The phone offers an improved gaming display focused on a better gaming experience. Plus, the screen has HDR10+ support that offers vibrant colors. For extra care, the display is protected with a layer of Gorilla Glass 5.         

The phone sports dual rear cameras mounted on the middle back of the phone, You get a 64-MegaPixels OmniVision image sensor with a 16-MegaPixels sensor for ultra-wide images. However, the main spotlight is its 44-MP pop-up front camera that is placed on the side of the phone. Its uniquely designed horizontal selfie camera improves streaming for gamers. Also, you can record UHD 4K videos @30fps using the main rear and the front camera.

Lenovo Legion Duel 2 is powered by a Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor embedded on a 5nm chipset. The phone runs on the Android 11 operating system out of the box. It has a powerful duo of 12GB of RAM and an Adreno 660 GPU that improves background tasks as well as graphics performance. Highlighted gaming features of the phone include - Dual Haptix X-axis haptic vibration linear motors, dual capacitance keys with integrated active cooling with a dual-fan cooling system, and more gaming features.

The phone gets charged from a 5,500mAh Li-Po battery with a fast 90W in-box charger. Also, the battery size seems compatible for long-time gaming action.  It has a side-mounted USB-C port for convenient gaming while on charging mode. Also, it includes a Type-C port on the bottom of the phone.

Storage and Connectivity

Lenovo Legion Duel 2 comes with a huge 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It does offer a lot of space for keeping your favorite games. Also, the phone possesses UFS storage that increases game/app launch time.

On the connectivity side, the phone has 4G, 5G (in-selected markets) VoLTE for HD clear calls, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and two USB Type-C ports, one on the side and one on the bottom of the phone. Live location tracking constellations like GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS.
