Finally I had to go consumer court
After several attempt by iberry svc people they could not rectify the facebook and battery issue. The battery once drained fully it will not boot for atleast 3hours of charging period. After 3 hrs it shows 27% of battery after few minutes it shows full charge. This eratic condition I explained to the iberry collection centre which is located in parrys, Chennai they never bothered after running behind with this set I finally gave to them for refund in m/o July. I purchased this set on 14th Apr.14. Finally, I launched complaint against iberry company, seller and svc people with consumer court chennai. They did not come for the case for the last two hearing and the next hearing is in Jan 15 . Here I want register this message even if u go to court they dont bother . They treat Indian consumer are idiots they buy any useless item and go for svc 2 or 3 times after that will do anything they think about fate like that those Chinese company targeting indian market for the only reason . They cant do like in European countries . Here the judiciay and the govt should filter it before entring in our country. Then only such a cheater will be thrown away otherwise nothing will happend. Here, it proves they treat in the same way our jurisdiction also . Till date no response. after 2nd hearing on 21st Nov they sent back my mobile through courier . Let me see the further progress.

I have purchased Nuclea N2 from Iberry site itself. On reciept of fone I made on after placing the battery after an hour it gone dead. After lots of hasle I got the relpaced. Now it is working satifacterly. Its both cameras giving good performace. Drawback is its battery and after sales service
