Alongside historic Huawei P20 Pro with the triple-rear camera, Huawei also unveiled its P20 phone globally. The phone is the successor to last year Huawei P10 and full vision display, latest chipset, and AI-powered camera are its biggest highlight.
As for the specifications, the Huawei P20 features a 5.8-inch Full HD+ (2160X1440) display with a notch on the top and visibly thin bezel at the bottom. It is powered by Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 970 10nm processor integrated with Mali G72 GPU. The phone employs 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage space.
For photography, the Huawei P20 boasts a dual camera setup on the rear panel. It has a combination of a 12MP RGB sensor with and a 20MP Monochrome sensor with f/1.6 aperture lens both backed by Leica Summilux-H lenses, 1.55μm pixel size, dual-tone LED flash, laser focus, deep focus, PDAF, CAF, and 960fps super slow-mo features. While on the front, it has a 24-megapixel Sony sensor for selfies.
The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 UI out of the box and houses a 3400mAh battery with fast charging. Other features of the Huawei P20 include a front mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlocks, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C.
