Phone is dead in few days
I bought Pixi 4 from Flipkart online on 15.10.2016. After a few days of usage, the phone denied to charge and now it is dead totally. I could not recharge it anymore and it is useless. I tried to reach Alcatel authorized local repair center and they said they will not repair instead they will send the mobile to New Delhi and get back it fixed. They also added it would take around 10 days. The worst part is your repair center is open only between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and as a working person I find very hard to reach your local repair center in between my working schedule. For whose convenient Alcatel provide support/repair service? (I guess for Alcatel's convenient and those who bought their product can suffer and they don't mind about it) Let me know what can I do now ... just throw away the phone and buy some other which is really worth for money

Value for money!! Guys... My simple question.. When you get a 4g Reliance Jio supporting mobile like pixi 4 at 4299( I bought it during BIG BILLION SALE) with almost all necessary features like Marshmallow, 5 inch screen, Arkamys optimised speakers, decent 2000 mah battery etc. what else can you wish for? The 1st handset that I received had heating issues. Flipkart service chap Jeeves certified the same and accordingly I received replacement. Working OK now last 2 months. Only thing really bad is camera!! Performs even worse than VGA camera. Go for it guys blindfolded unless Camera is your sole concern!Do vote if you find this useful. Thanks...
