User Reviews
Worth every penny
I experienced the Bose speaker system in my car and fell in love with its sound stage. I had a Soundcore Note ear bud which I had purchased a year back for 3k. My ears were less sensitive after half an hour of listening with them. Hence opted for these. I also have an Edifier W860 NB which has ANC. Important things to keep in mind 1. Good sound is like good food. Street food will have excess oil and chili, finer kitchens use more of subtle flavors; similarly street sound has more of loudness and base. Sophisticated sound has a strong mid-range which can be appreciated in the Bose products. 2. ANC is only good to drown out low frequency sounds. With ANC on voice may even become paradoxically clearer. Also, good passive noise cancellation will be better for music than ANC and music as ANC can interfere with the sound signature and decrease base. Hence, I never use ANC when I listen to music. 3. Bose has an excellent fit which stays in the ear for hours. Also, it's not in-ear, so it's extremely comfortable. 4. Has excellent transparency, so I can talk normally to people when I am wearing the earphones. Transparency is also important for a sport earphone because you want to let a little sound in when you are running outdoors so that you are aware of your surroundings. This is a feature not spoken about, however I feel I can hear a lot more of the surroundings as compared to anything I have used before. All this with no impact on the music we hear. 5. Battery life - nothing to complain about 6. Case - slightly big, but nothing to complain about 7. AptX HD - there must a reason Sony,Bose and Apple do not support it, while all Chinese companies do. Most streaming platforms like YouTube music stream in AAC, and my OnePlus 6T streams the AAC to my Bose in my car and by earphones. Hence absence of AptX HD should not be a deal breaker if AAC is supported. In summary, ANC, AptX HD, loudness and base not particularly important; battery life should be decent, and the earphones should play the music the way the composers intended it. Bose does all this perfectly in addition to an excellent fit and wonderful transparency.

Sound quality, bass, build and performance is ultimate.. I would have rated this product at 5 , but only flaw is, the ear tips don't stay in the ears.. it requires lots of efforts to stay put the tips. Using it since 3 days and I am happy with the product, except the above mentioned flaw.. The product don't have voice cancelation, but not a big deal
