Even after 2months of Big Billion Day Sale (October 18) , my issue not resolved.. Poor Customer Support/ No after Sale support by Smartron. issue: Bluetooth & Power issue of Keyboard (Smartron claiming that the keyboard can be operational even in detachable mode via Bluetooth, but that's not working . I have raised the issue with Smartron technical team but it's been 1 and half month there is No Solution/ even no one from there team responding my call (registered email/mobile no). I have done a review of this premium note book Smartron t.book flex and I can't publish this due to one reason that is the Customer Support which is still lacks for the issue. If you have patience & passion for Being Indian then you should go for this t.book flex. Why should you buy: Wonderful design Fully Metallic Excellent 2k Touch display Vibrant Speaker (Dual) Windows for life time Good Backup (4 Power Saving mode) Premium Leather Finished (front) & Cloth finished (back) Keyboard Dual Mode Desktop & Tab Portable & Travel Ready Notebook Camera (front) is not up to the mark, but back camera is manageable & unnecessary for notebook.
