Cheap product with cheap plastic
I bought micromax ignite lpq61408w 5 months back by 18000/- from flipkart it was working fine starting gradually it's trackpad stopped working properly i mean it' ain't smooth as should be sometimes display blanks as well and apart from this without tampering laptop screws got loosen i tightened them but i was not aware all screws were not at its place so laptop's ING got disconnected not cable which iimage attached over here but laptop is still working no issue with that my complaint is when i visited one of micromax service center vatva gidc ahmedabad they denied to accept it saying this is for phones only i went bhairavnath, maninagar his manager said we don't repair it over here we gotta send to HO gurgaon somewhere will take 15-20 days they people inform charges and time to repair i said them i didn't try to replair open or tamper the laptop it happened itself he says a year warranty doesn't cover outer part means hardware so it would be chargeable don't know how much but approx 6K i left it and called 1860 500 8286 they say the same thing now i won't pay a single rupee i won't it get repaired free of cost as this is your quality defect you didn't proper quality check it that's why the outer panel ING got a parted i am a genuine customer if i had done something to PC like breaking and above situations so never contacted you for FOC please replace it FOC otherwise i and people like me who purchased your laptop cheap laptops and micromax is the company who just assembled cheap chinese product and sell countries like india don't be a cheater or defaulter to your loyal customers
Good For daily Office Work !
Hi All i brought this labtop through Flipkart Independence day sales. After using Laptop for 15 day there are my view observation 1) The Intel Dual Core Process is not as agile as Intel Core the response will little passive and application opening time lags. But i am not suggesting its workable. If one have to buy for daily office use like Email, Word , Pdf or similar application its comfortable. 2) The Screen Size is small for me as i am using 15 and 17 inch laptop all this time. But those how are using 14 Laptop they would be comfortable 3) Battery need to be charge for 2 hour. But surprisingly it can run for 6 hour after you charge. 4) Bad Touchpad bad in response is very bad. But that can be manage by using mouse. 5) One of the flawed of the Laptop its only have 2 usb port and both on left handside. So if you want to use Mouse one have to bring long cable mouse which need to be circle from left to right which look Odd 6) Picture quality is Good. 7) Not able to use front camera. its not opening. However i am least bother as i don't use that feature. But anyone want to use camera should check it on the day of delivery. 8) I got at 14000 RS after exchange offer its a good deal I would recommend this laptop for simple office or home related work. If you are into heavy usage of high file this laptop will not help. Thanks Sandeep
