Waste of money!
After the 3 days of use, and I have to say that I'm quite disappointed with the overall quality and performance of the product. The laptop has several issues that make it difficult to use effectively. Hardware Problems: The laptop frequently freezes and crashes, making it nearly impossible to get any work done. I've tried troubleshooting, but the issues persist. Slow Performance: The laptop is painfully slow, even for basic tasks like web browsing and word processing. It takes an unusually long time to boot up, and even simple applications lag. Build Quality: I've noticed that the laptop's build quality is not up to the mark. The plastic casing feels flimsy, and the keyboard keys not reflecting the alphabets correctly, you need to search key before you type. Display quality is very worst, I'm experiencing eye strain after working for more than 1 hours. This not antiglare.. Even my old laptop display looks good to me. Battery Life: The battery life is much shorter than what was advertised. By max it would be 2hrs. Customer Support: When I reached out to customer support for assistance with these issues, the response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, I regret this purchase and wish I had invested in a more reliable laptop. This laptop's quality and performance fall far short of what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable computing experience
