1. charging very slow 2. low speaker volume 2x1watt 3. ms office and antivirus trail version 4. bugs in software unable in install apps from store 5. processor is slow not responding like i5 6. limited service centres 7. MY SINCERE ADVICE DON'T GO FOR IT. review after 3 days it takes nearly 4hr to get fully charged, my 8 years old hp pavilion dv6 takes just 40 min to get fully charged.

Very Good
I got this for 28490/- during sale and been using it for one month. The performance is good owing to 8 gigs of ram and 256 gb ssd, however I have only browsed extensively and even with 10 tabs open in firefox there was no lag. It is really lightweight and very portable, screen is full hd 1080p which is awesome. There is a usb type c port which can charge, I just tried to charge with my powerbank through the usb type c and it was charging however I didn't do a full charge via usb type c. The keyboard is nice and is back lit, the trackpad is large but palm rejection is spot on and there is multiple gesture support. Battery backup is also nice not 10 hrs though but 5-6 hours for sure. The backpack that comes with the laptop is also pretty cool. Now here are some cons: 1. It takes quite a while to charge fully around 4-6 hours. 2. The speakers are very low and the position of speaker grill doesn't help either which is at the bottom. It is better to use headphones or external speaker. 3. Due to absence of fans owing to slim design, it gets pretty hot, especially when you are charging it and using it at the same time. Using a cooling pad could help and in winters too this shouldn't bother you much. However there was not a single instance where the laptop shutdown due to overheating.
