Xiaomi Redmi 10A is likely to launch in India on April 20

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Redmi 10A in China with a 13MP primary cam under the hood. Cut to now, a leak from Passionate Geekz suggests that the device is coming to India on April 20. The phone is likely to be priced well under Rs 10,000 which goes in line with the Redmi series of smartphones.

Xiaomi Redmi 10A is launching in India

The Redmi 10A is arriving in India as of April 20. This isn’t confirmed by Xiaomi yet although there are reports that suggest the date for its Indian launch. With that being said, previous leaks gave pricing for each trim of the Redmi 10A after it arrived in China.

Xiaomi Redmi 10A is likely to launch in India on April 20According to the same, the Redmi 10A with 4GB+64GB is priced at CNY 699 (which is roughly INR 8,300/-) while the higher 4GB+128GB is available at CNY 799 (or INR 9,500/-) and finally, the top-of-the-line 6GB+128GB variant is priced at CNY 899 (or INR 10,700/-).

The device was launched in its home country in three major colorways i.e. Moonlight Silver, Smoke Blue, and Shadow Black. It seems like the Indian variant will more or less see the same colorways and specifications.

Xiaomi Redmi 10A Specifications

The Xiaomi Redmi 10A packs in a 6.53-inch HD+ display with a 720×1600 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The waterdrop-shaped notch onboard Redmi 10A has 400 nits of peak brightness. There’s a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC under the hood paired along with up to 6GB of RAM. On the back, there’s a 13MP rear cam with a 5MP front-facing camera. You get up to 128GB of internal storage and you can expand it by up to 512GB using a microSD card slot. Finally, there’s a 5,000mAh battery on top with a 10W charging tech tethered to it.
