As expected, Xiaomi today launched an array of smart home products in India. In the past, Xiaomi’s smart home products have been quite successful in the country owing to their aggressively priced nature.
Mi LED Smart TV Pro has sold more than 500,000 units in nearly six months online. Their Mi Fitness Band is also largely popular with a market share of 46% in Indian wearables market. Banking on the success of the earlier products, Xiaomi has launched three new Smart TVs, Mi Band 3, Mi Air Purifier 2S, Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P and Mi Luggage. Mi LED Smart TV PRO series
Mi LED TV 4 PRO features a 55” LED display with a 3840 x 2160 4K HDR panel. It adopts a minimalist design, with an ultra-thin 4.9mm profile. It comes with a dual 16W speaker set-up for DTS Surround sound.
Mi LED TV 4A PRO (49), with a 1080p Full HD resolution, as well as Mi LED TV 4C PRO (32), which sports a 32” 1366 x 768 HD panel will also be available, giving users more choice of panel size. These Smart TVs come with 20W Stereo speakers and renders DTS surround sound.

Mi Band 3
The next version of Mi band 3 has been released which boasts features such as OLED touchscreen display, improved alerts, and 50m water resistance. It can now display contents of notifications from your phone, in addition to information such as time, date and steps count. Other new features include a built-in stopwatch, a phone locating function, and an independent vibrating alarm function that works even when your smartphone is turned off.
Mi Air Purifier 2S
The second installment of Mi’s Air Purifier features a compact and minimalist design. It is equipped with an OLED screen and can quickly and precisely determine the PM2.5 levels and 0.3μm particles of its surroundings. It delivers a high Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of up to 310m³/h.Mi Air Purifier 2S can be remotely controlled using the Mi Home app, Google Assistant and Alexa.

Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P
A new product called Mi Home security has debuted for the Indian market. Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P is a home surveillance camera that offers 24×7 home protection with 360° coverage of your entire home. Equipped with night vision, intelligent motion detection, real-time two-way talk, users can monitor their home’s real-time status at the palm of their hands. It captures videos in 1080p and can record and playback videos at any time. This device offers two types of storage options: MicroSD cards (up to 64GB) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices.
Mi Luggage
Another new entrant into the ecosystem of Mi’s household products is Mi Luggage. As the name suggests this is a trolley bag which is designed and manufactured by Mi. Mi Luggage sports a sleek and durable design and allows for a care-free experience during travels. It is made from Makrolon™, a polycarbonate material that makes Mi Luggage extremely resilient. The suitcase has an ergonomic handle and sports 4 different height adjustments for individual comfort. It comes in two sizes 20 and 24 inches.
