Xiaomi announces affordable Smart TV 5A Pro in India; Price and Specs

Xiaomi India has unveiled a new entry-grade TV for the country namely Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32. The new 32-inch HD-ready smart TV is an enhanced version of the company’s previously launched Xiaomi Smart TV 5A. 

Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32 Price and Availability

Xiaomi has priced the Smart TV 5A Pro 32 at INR 16,999 in India and will be available both online and offline stores. The company is yet reveal the first sale date. It will be available on Mi.com, Mi Homes store, Flipkart, Amazon, and other retail stores bundled with a discount offer of up to Rs 1500 via ICICI Bank cards and EMI.

Xiaomi Smart TV 5A 32 Pro Specs

Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro has a 32-inch TV has an HD Ready VA panel with a resolution of 1366×786 pixels, a refresh rate of 60Hz, and DCI-P3 92% colour space. It is baked with Xiaomi’s Vivid Picture Engine. It features a metal bezel-less design on the panel.

The 5A Pro comes equipped with a quad-core Cortex A55 processor paired with 1.5GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The TV runs on Android TV 11 operating system and supports ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode). It also gets support for PatchWall 4 with IMDb integration for content aggregation.

Xiaomi’s new smart TV packs 24W dual speakers with support for Dolby Audio, DTS:X, and DTS Virtual: X technologies. It offers a built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant for voice commands.

Connectivity options are dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, two HDMI 2.0 (1x ARC) ports, two USB ports, ethernet, AV input, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
