Xiaomi has launched two major products for the Indian tech market today. These include the Xiaomi 12 Pro which is a flagship smartphone from the company and Xiaomi Pad 5 which is the brand’s 1st tablet in India. The brand has also launched the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A and Xiaomi OLED Vision TVs.
Xiaomi 12 Pro & Pad 5: Price & Availability
Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G comes in 3 colors- Opera Mauve, Couture Blue and Noire Black. It will come in the following storage models-

- 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 66,999
First sale on 2nd May at 12 noon via Amazon, Mi Home and Mi.com
Xiaomi Pad 5 will come in 2 storage models-
- 6GB RAM+128GB- Rs. 26,999 (introductory price- 24,999)
- 6GB RAM+256GB—Rs. 28,999 (introductory price- 26,999)
Introductory prices are valid till May 7.

Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G Specs
Xiaomi 12 Pro sports a 6.73-inch QHD+ LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and has 1500 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
The smartphone has a 50MP primary, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto lens at the back while the front has a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls. Xiaomi 12 Pro packs a 4600mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. It runs Android 12 with MIUI 13.
It has quad-stereo speakers with support from Harman/Kardon, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, and an in-display fingerprint scanner as well. Speakers also have Dolby Atmos and Snapdragon sound support.
Xiaomi 12 Pro has a velvet matte finish and a microcrystalline structure.
Xiaomi Pad 5 Specs
Xiaomi Pad 5 is the company’s first tablet in India and it features a 10.95-inch 1600×2560 IPS LCD 10-bit display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has HDR10 support and a 16:10 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision. The display has 650 nits peak brightness. The Pad is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 chipset and Adreno 640 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The Pad has quad immersive speakers for the best audio quality with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. Pad comes with Channel Mapping which will make sure the left channel and right channel speakers fire together.
As for the camera, Xiaomi Pad 5 has a single 13MP rear camera with a Dual-LED flash on the tablet and an 8MP front camera. The rear camera can record at up to 4k while the front is capped at 1080p. Pad 5 has dual microphones as well.
The Pad packs an 8720mAh battery with 30W fast charging support though the box has a 22.5W charger. It runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 for Pad onboard. Apps like the weather app, Notes app and calculator have been redesigned for the Pad. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Dual-band WiFi, and Type C with OTG support. The tab weighs 511 grams and is 6.85mm thick.
Xiaomi Smart Pen has been introduced alongside the pad weighing 12.2 grams and has a precision tip. The pen gets magnetically charged by keeping it on the Pad for just 18 minutes. Xiaomi Pad keyboard is also launched which works seamlessly with the pad 5.
Xiaomi Smart TV 5A: Price and specs
Xiaomi Smart TV 5A comes in 3 sizes- 32-inch, 40-inch and 43-inch. TVs have a Full HD display, metal bezel-less design, 24W immersive speakers, Dolby Audio support and Patch Wall with IMDb integrated. It runs androidtv 11 OS and has a quad-core processor with 1.5GB RAM. Prices for the 3 models are-

Xiaomi OLED Vision TV: Price & Specs
Xiaomi’s first OLED vision TV has arrived in India. It has a 55-inch 10-bit panel, Dolby Vision IQ, Dolby Atmos support, IMAX Enhanced, 30W speakers and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. It has HDR10+ support with 4 active and 4 passive drivers for better sound quality.
The TV is powered by Quad-core A73 processor and has 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. It has 3 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 USB ports, AV input, 3.5mm heapdhone jack and ethernet connectvity. It is Wi-Fi 6 certified and is only 4.6mm thick.
The TV is priced at Rs. 89,999 in India and will be avaialble from 19th May, 12 noon.
