very very wrost TV
I purchased tv on Aug 2022 after 15 days restart happen when i complain in Customer care they only change mother board and after next day sound on mute even if 100% volume increase. and after two three days power button issue happen and tv not open. last two months and till now i am unable to watch tv. tv power still not open. so i request everyone to don't go any MI item purchase. and go for other brand the MI Customer service is very very worst.

Worst service... person came to install was soo freaking rude... There were 3 female in house..and he was shouting soo ridiculously that my sis had to come and argue saying mind your tone.. Would like to tell people who are planning to buy this tv is that ..if your planning to keep it on platform then it's fine with stand..but if you want it on wall than its a concern as installation team will force you to buy wall mount and in my case we were forced to buy a wall mount cost 2700/-.. Overall I would say you to pls have team with polite attitude and respect customer
