Xiaomi debuts Civi Series in India with Xiaomi 14 Civi: Xiaomi Air Fryer also goes official

Xiaomi is all set to expand its smartphone portfolio in India this year. Until now, Xiaomi focused on four different series of smartphones including Redmi A Series, Redmi Series, Redmi Note Series and Xiaomi Number series. Now, the family is expanding with Xiaomi Civi entering the country. Xiaomi 14 Civi is the first Civi series smartphone to arrive in India that focuses on offering premium specs at more affordable prices than Xiaomi flagship series smartphones. The brand has also announced Xiaomi AirFryer alongside the Civi smartphone.

Xiaomi 14 Civi: Price & Availability

Xiaomi 14 Civi will be available in two storage configurations-

  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage-Rs. 42,999
  • 12GB RAM+512GB storage-Rs. 47,999

Xiaomi is offering Rs. 3000 Exchange bonus or ICICI card instant discount which brings the price down to Rs. 39,999 for 8GB+256GB model and Rs. 44,999 for 12GB+512GB model. The first sale starts on 20th June at 12 Noon via Mi.com, Flipkart and Xiaomi Retail. No-cost EMis will be available starting at Rs. 2389/month and those who pre-book Xiaomi 14 Civi before 19th June will get Redmi Watch 3 Active for free.

Xiaomi is also offering 100GB of Google One cloud storage and one year of YouTube Premium for free with Xiaomi 14 Civi.

Xiaomi Priority Club members will get free priority pickup and drop, guaranteed 2-hour repair, half-weekly phone checkup and updates and priority customer support for Xiaomi 14 Civi.

Xiaomi 14 Civi: Specs

Xiaomi 14 Civi has been designed with high-end materials, and features tailor made aesthetics. It comes in Match Green, Cruise Blue and Shadow Black shades and has a Nano Tech Vegan leather design with water resistance. The device is easy to clean, has anti-yellowing properties, unique paraquet pattern, and a starry sky camera ring at the back.

Xiaomi 14 Civi is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. It features a 6.55-inch Quad-Curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 446 PPI, HDR+, Dolby Vision Atmos, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 3000 nits brightness. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14.

The smartphone features a triple camera setup at the back including a 50MP main, 50MP telephoto and a 12MP ultrawide sensors for photography. While at the front are two selfie snappers of 32MP resolution. Under the hood it packs a 4700mAh powerhouse with 67W wired fast charging capability. It has a metal frame design and weighs merely 177 grams. The phone is sleekest in the segment with a thickness of 7.4mm.

Xiaomi Air Fryer: Price & Features

Xiaomi Air Fryer comes with an adjustable 6L or 3L capacity with 1500W power, touch controls, multiple cooking methods, 6 Pre-set quick recipes, and double layer non-stick coating. It is easy to clean and has 360-degree Hot Air Circulation. The Air Fryer can be used to reheat your food anytime and will start selling on 21st June for Rs. 5999 via Flipkart, Amazon, Xiaomi Retail and mi.com.
