Xiaomi is all set to launch its much anticipated 12S Series of smartphones in China. Xiaomi 12S Series will contain Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12S Pro, and Xiaomi 12S Ultra models. The series will launch in China on the 4th of July and the teaser for the same has gone live online. Xiaomi has recently entered into a partnership with German Camera brand Leica and the 12S series will be equipped with Leica optimized camera system.

Xiaomi 12S Expected Specs

The Xiaomi 12S is said to sport a 6.28-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.

For the camera setup, 12S will probably have a triple camera setup at the back. It will include a 50MP main camera with 2 more lenses. Battery capacity is still unknown but the device might have a 67W fast charging capability.

Xiaomi 12S Pro Expected Specs

The Xiaomi 12S Pro will reportedly sport a 6.73-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 or Dimensity 9000+ SoC and has up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The device might sport a 50MP main camera unit and support 120W fast charging as well. 50W wireless charging is also being tipped.

Xiaomi 12S Ultra Expected Specs

The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is said to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED LTPO Quad HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It might also be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and have up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage capacity.

In terms of camera, the rear camera setup is expected to include a 50MP main, 48MP periscope, and a ToF sensor with autofocus. It will run Android 12 OS with MIUI 13 on top and pack a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

Since Xiaomi has not confirmed any of these specs officially, these details should be taken with a grain of salt for now.
