On the heels of Vivo V9 (features), the smartphone manufacturer has launched its budget phone Vivo Y71 in India. With this launch, the Y71 has become first Vivo’s Y-series phone to feature 18:9 aspect ratio display. Vivo has pitched this newly launched smartphone in the same price bracket as the Redmi 5 and Honor 9i Lite which certainly spice up the things in Rs. 10,000 budget segment. Vivo Y71 Features
Talking about the Vivo Y71 features, the biggest here is a 5.99-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1440X720 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It has extremely narrow bezels on the side as a result, the Y71 has 84.4 percent of screen-to-body-ratio. The Vivo Y71 is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 octa-core mobile platform which is assisted by a 3GB RAM along with 16GB in-built storage and an external microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Y71 comes running on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box which is garnished with Vivo’s own custom skin – FunTouch OS. It also supports face unlock feature.
For photography, the Vivo Y71 boasts of a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera at the front for selfies. The phone supports dual SIM card slots, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS options. It is backed by a 3,360 mAh battery.
