Tech giant Vivo is all set to launch its next ‘V’ Series in India today. The Vivo V29 Series will go official today which will include Vivo V29 5G & Vivo V29 Pro 5G smartphones. The highly anticipated Vivo V29 Series is the successor to the previously announced Vivo V27 Series. The brand has skipped the V28 Series completely for reasons best known to them. The first device of the Vivo V29 Series was launched in August when the Vivo V29e went official with an artistic design.

Vivo V29 Series Launch Event: Date, Time & How to Watch
Vivo will livestream the launch event of the Vivo V29 Series today (4th October) at 12 Noon. The event will be live on Vivo India’s YouTube channel. The face of the brand Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli is also expected to make an appearance during the event.

Vivo V29 Series: Expected Price
Reports claim that the Vivo V29 Series will be priced under 40k in India. The Vivo V29 might start at Rs. 32,999 for the base model while the Vivo V29 Pro is expected to start at Rs. 39,999 for its base storage model.
Vivo V29 5G is said to come in Himalayan Blue, Space black, and Majestic red shades while Vivo V29 Pro is tipped to miss out on Majestic red shade. Vivo is also expected to announce special discounts and cashbacks during the launch.
Vivo V29 Series: Specs (Global models)
Since the Vivo V29 Series has already been launched globally, we have an idea about what the specs are. Both the models sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and feature a 50MP front camera with Autofocus. The Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro pack a 4600mAh battery under the hood with 80W wired fast charging and run FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13.
Chipsets are different as the vanilla model is powered by Snapdragon 778G while the Pro model is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200. In terms of the back camera, the Vivo V29 5G has a 50MP+8MP+2MP setup with OIS while the Vivo V29 Pro features a 50MP+12MP+8MP setup with OIS.
