Vivo Y55l Powered By Snapdragon 430 Launched At 11,980 INR

Vivo, an offline first smartphone brand, today introduced the entry grade Vivo Y55L that comes in Gold and Space Grey colors for Rs. 11,980.

To start with, the Vivo Y55L is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 430 chip, duly assisted by 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB storage. The dual SIM handset includes an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front camera.

The Vivo Y55L is quite slim measuring just 7.5mm around the waist and weighs 142 grams. Other features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a 2650mAh battery.

On the occasion, Vivo also announced Kent Cheng as the new CEO for India.

The high point here has to be its design which also includes an appealing 2.5D glass layered on the display. You can buy Vivo Y55L across major offline retail stores across the country starting October 15th, 2016.
