Samsung India has inaugurated its largest premium experience store in Telangana, located at Hyderabad’s Inorbit Mall. The new store aims to showcase Samsung’s complete product ecosystem, with dedicated zones highlighting the connected ecosystem SmartThings, smartphones, laptops, audio, gaming, and lifestyle televisions.

One notable feature of the store is the bespoke do-it-yourself (DIY) customisation zone, where customers can personalize their smartphones, tablets, and covers using a range of accessories, including those with a Hyderabad twist.

To cater to the tech-savvy consumers in India’s tech hub, Samsung will organize a series of Galaxy workshops under the banner of ‘Learn @ Samsung.’ These workshops will cover various topics of consumer interest such as digital art, doodling, photography, videography, fitness, cooking, coding, and music. Additionally, the store will host events that celebrate the city’s culture and ethos.

Spread across an expansive 3,500 square feet, the store aims to provide entertainment activities with a focus on local culture, music, and art, delivering a Samsung experience tailored specifically to the vibrant city of Hyderabad.

Customers visiting the store will enjoy several benefits, including assured gifts, 2X loyalty points on select Samsung products, and the opportunity to purchase Galaxy Buds2 at a special price of Rs 2,999 with select Galaxy devices during the first week after the launch.

Furthermore, customers can take advantage of ongoing special offers, including student discounts of up to 10 percent on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches, up to 22.5 percent cashback, and additional benefits worth Rs 22,000.

Sumit Walia, Senior Director at Samsung India, expressed excitement about the new Premium Experience Store, stating, “Our aim is to connect the diverse local community with the best of Samsung technology. We have tailored unique experiences through zones such as Samsung SmartThings, Gaming, and Bespoke DIY Customisation, designed especially for Gen Z consumers.”

Customers visiting the store will have access to over 1,200 Samsung products across the company’s portfolio. They can explore these products using the digital Kiosk available in-store, enabling a seamless browsing experience. Additionally, customers have the option to place orders online and have their purchases delivered directly to their homes.

Samsung’s digital lending platform, Samsung Finance+, and its device care plan, Samsung Care+, for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches will also be accessible to customers at the store. These services provide added convenience and peace of mind for consumers.
