Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones in India at an event in New Delhi on March 23rd. These new S series smartphones were unveiled at the MWC 2015 earlier this month and have a completely different design from the earlier S series smartphones.
With an impressive creation of its flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S6, it has been the leader brand in the premium segment of the smart devices. And with Samsung, these device are just getting even smarter. Galaxy S6 has been introduced as the prime rival against Apple iPhone 6. Another new device, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is to incorporate the curved display. Unlike Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, the newer sibling is going to have the curved display along both left and right edges. As an improvement to the Note Edge, Samsung has taken care of the issue which arose due to the display being curved only on the right side, which was an inconvenience for left-handed smartphone users. The the flagship inductees, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge have already gone up for pre-order in Europe, excluding the biggest smartphone market nation UK.
We should know the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones at the launch next Monday. These smartphones are likely to go on sale only on April 10th, but the company might start taking pre-orders for the smartphones before the launch.
