The successor to 2015’s Tab S2 once again comes with S Pen Styles and is based on the Android Ecosystem. With this new tablet, Samsung once again put forward its tablet to take on the laptops.

The Tab S3 comes bundled with a new S Pen. It is a larger and thicker outfit than any of the previous S pens. It has a 0.7mm tip and more than 4,000 levels of pressure sensitivity. Like its previous generations, this too can be used to take notes, capture screen shots, and create GIFs from a video.

Samsung has also introduced an optional keyboard case for the Galaxy Tab S3, which has pogo pins for seamless docking and undocking from the tab. The keyboard seems to be made out of plastic and likely to offer a pleasant typing experience. For connectivity, the Tab S3 supports dual-band Wi-Fi ac, USB Type-C connector, 3.5mm audio jack, a pair of microphones for audio recording. Despite a slight reduction in the overall weight as compared to its predecessor, it features a bigger 6000mAh battery inside.
