Alleged Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini has been constantly in the news for the last few days, clearly hinting at the arrival of a new S-series offering. The alleged S9 Mini paid a visit to Geekbench a couple of days back, and now it has been spotted at another benchmarking site, AnTuTu, revealing most of the design, features, and specifications of the phone.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini Features (Expected)

If Antutu and Geekbench listings are anything to go by, the S9 Mini is to rock a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC. Samsung will ship the device with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The design of the phone seems to be inspired by the Galaxy S9 duo with metal and glass being top components. As for the display, it comes with a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED display with 2220 x 1080 resolution (Full HD+). At the time of the benchmark, the smartphone was running Android 8.0 Oreo possibly on top of Samsung Experience UI.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini AnTuTu benchmark score that leaked today on the internet is similar to other Snapdragon 660 mobile phones available in the market today.

On the photography front, the Galaxy S9 Mini rumored to boast of a dual camera setup 12MP sensors and an 8MP front camera for selfies. Samsung is likely to pack a 3000mAh battery within.

With most of the specs revealed by the benchmark listing in-line with various previous rumors, it is safe to presume that the Galaxy S9 Mini or whatever it shall be named should be launching soon.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini Price In India (Expected)

It’s still not clear which markets this new Samsung phone will cater to. Having said that, if one looks at the Samsung’s current portfolio, there is hardly any phone from the company selling between Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 price range. The Galaxy S9 Mini could fill the gap if Samsung plans to launch it in India.
