Samsung’s mobile experience store in India has confirmed that the Galaxy S21 series will be powered by Exynos 2100 in India and will be available for purchase starting from January 29 in the country.

Reports from multiple other sources also claim the global Unpacked event for January 14.

Galaxy S21: What we know so far?

Teasers of the upcoming Galaxy S21 leaked a few days back and revealed some key design details. The new report from AndroidAuthority further reveals different color options. The Galaxy S21 will be available in gray, pink, purple, and white. The Plus variant will retail in pink, purple, silver; and the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be available only in black and silver.

In India, the Galaxy S21 will be powered by the Exynos 2100. This shouldn’t come as a surprise since Samsung doesn’t usually bring Snapdragon-powered flagships in the country. It remains to be seen if Exynos 2100 is expanded to more markets this year.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra will include a 108MP primary sensor assisted by two 10MP cameras, one of which is equipped with 10x optical zoom.

According to earlier reports, all phones in the series will sport a 120Hz display with screen sizes ranging between 6.2 and 6.8-inches. The S21 Ultra is also likely to integrate S Pen support.

The battery capacities will vary between 4000mAh and 5000mAh.

If the S21 series is indeed arriving in January next year, we won’t have to wait much longer for more details to surface. Let’s wait and watch.
