Samsung Galaxy A41 Launched with Triple Rear Cameras

With the launch of Galaxy A41, a new member has joined the A-series and it is an upgraded version of Samsung Galaxy A40. The phone has currently been introduced only in Japan, but it will hit retails shelves only in June 2020.

Samsung Galaxy A41 Features

With a 6.1-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, Galaxy A41 is a reasonably compact phone. The front camera is installed within the central waterdrop notch on the screen. For further improvement over A40, an in-display fingerprint scanner is provided. The phone sports compatibility for FeliCa which is a contactless RFID smart card system offered by Sony in Japan. 

Samsung Galaxy A41 features a triple rear camera set-up with a combination of 48MP main sensor, 8MP wide-angle and 5MP depth sensor. To lure selfie freaks, the South-Korean firm has provided a 25MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2. The front camera also supports a skin-softening mode to enhance selfie clicks and video-calls. 

When we focus on the processor, Galaxy A41 is powered by MediaTek Helio P65 chipset.  4GB RAM and 64GB in-built storage further support the processor. The device gets 15W USB Type-C fast charging to power up its 3500mAh built-in battery. Another appreciable feature, not to be missed, is the IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. And yes, consumers get to output their music via the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Price and Availability

Samsung has not revealed any info about the price of Galaxy A41. Still, the features give a hint that it will be a mid-range smartphone. The device is now listed on the NTT Docomo Japan website in three color variants- Blue, White, and Black.
