Reliance Jio has introduced a couple of international roaming plans for those visiting the United States or United Arab Emirates. Along with plans for these regions, the telecom has also introduced a comprehensive annual plan that provides coverage in 51 countries. The company has released discounted in-flight data packs to strengthen its presence further. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Reliance Jio plans.
Reliance Jio International Roaming Plans For The United States
The Indian telecom operator has launched three plans for those visiting the United States. In increasing order of price, these cost Rs. 1,555, Rs. 2,555, and Rs. 3,455. The most affordable plan offers 7GB of mobile data, 150 call minutes, and 100 SMS. Further, it has a validity of 10 days.
On the other hand, the Rs. 2,555 plan offers 15GB of data, 250 call minutes, and 100 SMS. It is valid for 21 days. The Rs. 3,455 plan, being the most expensive of all, offers 25GB of data, 250 call minutes, and 100 SMS for 30 days.
Reliance Jio International Roaming Plans For the United Arab Emirates
Like the plans for the USA, the international roaming plans for the UAE are also available in three options. First, the Rs. 898 plan offers 1GB of data, 100 call minutes, and 100 SMS, valid for a week.
Then there’s the Rs. 1,598 plan that provides 3GB of data, 150 call minutes, and 100 SMS for 14 days. Last but not least, the Rs. 2,998 plan provides 7GB of data, 250 call minutes, and 100 SMS for 21 days.
The annual roaming package, which is applicable across 51 countries, costs Rs. 2,799. It provides 2GB of data and is valid for 365 days.
Reliance Jio In-Flight Data Packages
The three in-flight data packs cost Rs. 195, Rs. 295, and Rs. 595. They offer 250MB, 500MB, and 1GB of data. All the plans provide 100 voice minutes and 100 SMS.
