TL; DR
  • realme executive Francis Wong teased an upcoming P series phone by showing over 30 days of battery life since the last charge.
  • Tipster Yogesh Brar confirms the device (model RMX5107) has received BIS certification, pointing to a late January 2026 India launch with a 10,000 mAh battery.
  • Leaks from Debabayan Roy suggest a triple rear camera setup, curved back, plastic frame, and a Reno15-style camera module.

realme appears to be preparing its most battery-focused smartphone yet under the P series branding. The device is expected to feature a 10,000 mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever used in a realme phone. Momentum around the launch has increased following a series of teasers, leaks, and regulatory clearances.

The first official hint came from Francis Wong, who shared a post on X showing the phone’s battery statistics with more than 30 days elapsed since the last charge. Alongside the image, Wong stated that he would not charge the phone until launch day, drawing attention to the device’s battery-focused positioning.

Shortly after, Yogesh Brar revealed that the phone, carrying model number RMX5107, has passed the BIS certification as of December 22, 2025. According to Brar, this certification confirms an India launch timeline targeted for the end of January 2026. The listing also aligns with earlier reports pointing to a 10,000 mAh or slightly higher-rated battery capacity.

Additional details have surfaced from Debayan Roy, who shared images and hardware information about the device. The phone is said to feature a triple rear camera setup, likely consisting of a 50 MP primary sensor, an 8 MP secondary camera, and a 2 MP auxiliary sensor. The design reportedly has a curved back panel, a plastic frame, and a square camera island that closely resembles the layout used on the OPPO Reno15. An image was also shared which suggests that the phone will come in a bright orange color.

Earlier sightings of the device in certification databases outside India suggest it may ship with Android 16-based realme UI 7.0 and configurations going up to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. So now with executive-level teasing, BIS certification in place, and design and hardware leaks, realme’s 10,000 mAh P series phone now appears close to launch. If this is true, it might become India’s first proper smartphone with a 10,000 mAh battery.
