TL; DR
  • Ahead of its launch on February 18, 2025, realme India has confirmed three colors for the P3 Pro: Nebula Glow, Saturn Brown, and Galaxy Purple.
  • Despite featuring a 6,000 mAh battery, the phone has a 7.99 mm slim profile. Further, the phone carries a triple-IP rating certification: IP66, IP68, and IP69.
  • Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed that the handset will feature a quad-curved Edgeflow display that has a resolution of 1.5K and supports a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz.
  • Powering the handset is a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast wired charging.

Ahead of its official debut in a week, realme P3 Pro’s glow-in-the-dark back panel is doing rounds on the internet, and for good reasons. For some context, the P3 Pro is a mid-range handset focusing on design, functionality, and performance. Most recently, the company has confirmed the availability of the P3 Pro in three colors (two usual finishes and one glow-in-the-dark variant).

realme P3 Pro Design

Ahead of its launch on February 18, 2025, realme India has confirmed three colors for the P3 Pro: Nebula Glow, Saturn Brown, and Galaxy Purple. Out of the three colors, Nebula Glow seems to be getting the most reactions on the internet (and for good reasons). We’ve seen glow-in-the-dark smartphones in the past, like the Nothing Phone (2a) Community Edition. However, the way realme does it might look better to some people.

As seen in several images on the microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter), the realme P3 Pro has a back panel with abstract patterns of phosphorescent material (which absorbs light), which appears to glow in dark environments. With the realme 14 Pro+, the company adopted a unique design approach wherein no two handsets had the same pattern on the back panel.

It looks like the strategy worked for the company, as the realme P3 Pro also follows a similar approach, wherein no two units seem to have the same glowing pattern at the back. We’re sure that the Nebula Glow will be the best-selling realme P3 Pro finish out there. In addition, all the models will feature a 42-degree gold curvature that should improve the in-hand feel and grip for users.

realme P3 Pro Specifications

Realme P3 Pro specifications

Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed that the handset will feature a quad-curved Edgeflow display that has a resolution of 1.5K and supports a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz.

Under the hood, the realme P3 Pro will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC. If that sounds familiar, it is only because the processor powers the realme 14 Pro+ (review). Given that the company has worked closely with Krafton to develop the smartphone, it should offer exceptional gameplay in the popular battle royale video game BGMI.

The smartphone, like its siblings, should be available in three variants: 8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB. Powering the handset is a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast wired charging. To instill confidence among buyers, the company also offers a four-year guarantee for the battery health.

realme P3 Pro Price (Expected)

Realme P3 Pro purple color

Given that the realme P2 Pro debuted at Rs. 21,999, the realme P3 Pro could be priced similarly. The top-tier variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage could cost around Rs. 25,000 (with bank offers or discounts).
