CThe POCO Pad, model number 2405CPCFBG, has been spotted on FCC. The certification confirms that the tablet will run on HyperOS 1.0, based on the latest Android 14 operating system. It also confirms Wi-Fi 6 and support for 33W fast charging.
The Camera FV-5 certification confirms that the POCO Pad has the same camera system as the Redmi Pad Pro, indicating that this is a rebranded version of the device launched in China earlier. The POCO Pad will have an 8 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera.
Additionally, the POCO Stylus, with the model number 2407CMPBCG, and the POCO Tablet Keyboard, with the model number 24071KB3FG, have been certified on IMDA.
All these certifications hint that the POCO Pad could launch very soon in India and possibly Europe.

POCO Pad Launch Date
The POCO Pad might launch next month in Europe, but it’s uncertain whether it will debut in India. The Redmi Pad Pro has already received certification from BIS, and a 5G model is set to launch soon in the country.
The POCO Pad could be exclusive to the global market or launched in India. This possibility arises from POCO’s past practice of rebranding existing Redmi products in the country, such as the Redmi 12 5G and the POCO M6 Pro 5G.
I speculate that the Redmi Pad Pro might only be available in a Wi-Fi + 5G variant. At the same time, the POCO Pad could be a Wi-Fi-only model.
POCO Pad Expected Pricing
While the exact pricing remains unknown, rumors suggest that the POCO Pad could be priced at around INR 25,000 in India. For perspective, the surrogate Redmi Pad Pro launched in China earlier this month was priced at CNY 1,499, which translates to about INR 17,300.
That’s just our speculation, so take it with a pinch of salt. Anyway, what are your thoughts on the POCO Pad? Let us know in the comments section below.
